There has been a bit of a panic around potatoes lately. A poor harvest due to wet weather has created fear among potato chip fans that their beloved product is now in short supply.

Chief executive of Potato New Zealand Chris Claridge spoke to The Country to clarify whether it’s all media-hype or if there actually is a “Great New Zealand Potato Famine.”
